    • We’ll provide you with a return authorization and the details for returning the product.
    • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges:

  • Weekend Shipping Available: We offer Saturday and Sunday shipping for customers located in Miami and select areas of Broward County.
  • Availability: Weekend shipping is subject to availability and must be coordinated in advance during the week. Please contact our customer service team to confirm availability for your specific address.

Shipping to Other Counties & States:

  • Standard Shipping: For orders outside of the Miami and Broward areas, we use Post Mail services. Your order will be shipped during normal business days and will arrive according to standard delivery times.
  • Delivery Time: Orders shipped via Post Mail generally arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s progress.
