Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., incorrect product shipped). The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

If the product is returned in a used or opened condition, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We will send the replacement item once we receive the original product in return. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.
